What do I need to provide for the hibachi setup?
Very little! We bring our professional-grade portable hibachi grill, all cooking equipment, utensils, ingredients, and condiments. You need to provide: a flat outdoor space (minimum 10x10 feet) or a well-ventilated indoor space, a standard 110V electrical outlet within 50 feet, and seating or tables for your Maine guests. We set up, cook, and clean up — you just host!
How far in advance should I book in Maine?
We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance for most Maine events. However, summer events along the Maine coast (Portland, Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, Bar Harbor) and major holidays book out 4-8 weeks ahead. Fall foliage season is also very popular in Maine! Absolutely! We accommodate a wide range of dietary needs for Maine guests. We offer vegetarian and vegan options (tofu hibachi), gluten-free preparations, shellfish-free menus, and can work around most food allergies.
